Independent guidance for clinical development and validation
Sangui Bio is establishing a Clinical and Scientific Advisory Board, bringing together leaders in gastroenterology, cancer prevention, and diagnostics to guide the clinical development and validation of its whole-blood proteomic platform. Board members provide independent scientific and clinical counsel as Sangui Bio advances the VeriPro platform and ColoPro pre-cancerous lesion assay toward clinical and commercial use.
Dr Uri Ladabaum, MD, MS
Dr Ladabaum is Professor of Medicine (Gastroenterology and Hepatology) and Director of the Gastrointestinal Cancer Prevention Program at Stanford University School of Medicine. He is an internationally recognised authority on colorectal cancer screening, with particular expertise in the comparative effectiveness, economic impact, and cost-effectiveness of screening and surveillance strategies. His research spans epidemiological studies, observational and interventional clinical trials, decision-analytic modelling, and systematic reviews.
As inaugural member of Sangui Bio's Clinical and Scientific Advisory Board, Professor Ladabaum advises on the clinical positioning and evidence strategy for ColoPro, the company's blood-based test for colorectal neoplasia, with a focus on its role in post-polypectomy surveillance and the broader colorectal screening pathway.
